I earned a Certificate of Copyediting from Extension at the University of California San Diego where I also work as an editor in the Division of Biological Sciences. I write for roots music magazines such as Bluegrass Unlimited, and have written liner notes for albums by Claire Lynch, IIIrd Tyme Out and Rhonda Vincent. I received the award for Print Media Person of the Year by the International Bluegrass Music Association for 2008 and was the scriptwriter for the IBMA show at the famous Ryman Auditorium in Nashville.
